What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via all major credit/debit cards (credit card payments incur a 3% fee).


What is the minimum and maximum length of stay?

We accept bookings for a minimum of 2 nights, with no maximum length of stay.


Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my stay?

Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 week before the date of your arrival. Refunds are not available for bookings cancelled within 7 days of scheduled check-in.


Where do I collect the keys?

Key collection is simple and secure, managed via our Guest App. Assuming you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions and your payment has cleared, we will send you Guest App log-in details at least 48 hours before check-in.


Where do I return the keys?

Once you’re ready to leave, simply pop the keys into the secure safe outside the apartment.


What time can I check in?

Check in is from 3.00pm on day of arrival.


What time do I have to check out?

Check out is by 10.00am on day of departure.


How do I access the Wi-Fi?

The Wi-Fi code and password are supplied in the welcome pack in the apartment.


Is there any parking available?

All Suite Life apartments come with their own PIN-operated secure parking space. We’ll send you a PIN before your check-in date.


Is there room service available?

As all our apartments are self-catering this is not a service we provide but we can arrange additional cleaning if this is booked in advance.


How many people can the apartments accommodate?

Each bedroom is designed to sleep 2 people, and each apartment has a sofa bed in the lounge. So a one-bedroom apartment comfortable sleeps 4 people, and a two-bedroom apartment comfortable sleeps 6 people.


How frequently will my apartment be cleaned?

Your apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and serviced before you arrive. For stays of more than 7 days, your apartment will be cleaned once a week.


I’m travelling with young children – can I get a cot or high chair?

Yes, we have cots and high chairs available on request at no extra charge.


Do you provide toiletries?

For your convenience and comfort, we provide complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and hand lotion.


What about tea, coffee and other essentials?

Your Welcome Pack includes tea, coffee and water. If you would like us to provide a selection of groceries ready for your arrival, please contact us and we will co-ordinate via our Guest Relations team (additional charges apply).
